Azi is just a teenager with a dream to become the best hair stylist she can be. When she was four, she had a stuffed tiger that she used to pamper. She trimmed its fur every week until there was almost nothing left and was devastated when it never grew back. It’s still her favorite stuffed animal, and the most stylish! It’s also her inspiration to be the best stylist for others. She feels MHSG will be a great place to help her grow as a stylist, and a person. She can’t wait to learn as much as she can
Ashley has the talent of a seasoned artist at a young age. As Michael’s apprentice for two years, she learned many techniques, tips, tricks and ideas; and has already taken more advanced classes than most stylists take in 20 years! She loves color and personalizing, much like her mentor. With a warm, casual personality and style, she is easy to chat with. This allows her to form close relationships with all her clients. They love and trust her, just like we do. We are so excited to see her blossom!
Elizabeth is one of our Junior Artists. Since she started with us over two years ago, she’s grown so much! She absolutely loves the world of beauty, hair and wellness. She’s expanded her education with advanced classes, in and out of the salon. She has taken two Eufora cutting classes, a foundations class and a men’s cutting class. She’s truly found her passion in colour, blow drying and curly textures. Being apart of MHSG is right where she needs to be!
Best haircut I have had in a long time
Everyone has been encouraging me to start wearing my hair curly again. After seeing my sisters haircut I asked her where she got it done and she said it was a deva cut by Lauren - so I made an appt. Lauren did a great haircut, told me how to dry and style it. However when I got home I just thought it could be shorter. A day later I get a call, how were things with the haircut. So I said I just wish it was shorter- so they said come on in for free and get an adjustment. I did and it was worth it. The hair cut is perfect. Not only that but the humidity even made it better!!!
After 8 years of salon shopping, I have finally found a home! Michael Helene is upbeat and trendy, and everyone there is kind and respectful---no snooty folks here! I felt welcome and listened to from the moment I walked in. Perhaps best of all is the skill level of the artists. I am amazed at what Kylie did to my hair--she listened to what I wanted, used a technique I had never experienced, and now I only need a blow dryer and 5 minutes to style my hair! And, I only need to get my (short) hair trimmed every 10 weeks or so--unbelievable! My shampoo came with a complimentary hand wax and massage. What a wonderful experience! I have already recommended Michael Helene to 3 people, all of whom loved the experience!
Excellent friendly professional
